This was what northern Michigan looked like for Easter this year! It was quite an excursion. We left home at about 1:30 where the weather was overcast, but we did not quite anticipate the white out conditions we would encounter hours later! Maybe we should have made fewer stops on the way up (between the gas stations, trips to McDonald's to collect as many Madame Alexander Wizard of Oz dolls as possible, and a stop in Saginaw at my favorite scrapbooking store) or maybe we should have just left earlier, either way, this particular trip was very eventfull! Thanks mom and dad for rescuing us in the middle of the storm of the season when our car was being less than cooperative, we had a wonderful weekend up north!
