Ya know, if you guys are interested in moving south, my house is for (short) sale. Probably gonna have to settle for short selling for $80,000 or so (when I bought it for $162,500 in 2003).
I can understand the excitement of getting close to being able to buy a house. I know when I bought mine I was SO excited. When I signed the papers and they handed me the keys, I was just flying high and felt like a little kid. So congrats, you two! I know you guys have worked long and hard to get to this point and it's well deserved! :)
